The Teton Teepee Lodge Opens for Business

On November 16, 1974, John Lennon’s solo recording, “Whatever Gets You Through the Night” hits #1 on the music charts; The Milwaukee Bucks lose their 11th straight NBA game; The Teton Teepee Lodge officially opens for business to a full-house and the lodge’s first wedding. That wedding was of then Teepee co-owners, the Becks. Back then, the lodge was only open during the winter because the families ran a construction business in the summer.
