Terms & Conditions
Also known as, House Rules & Regulations, Hotel Policies & Procedures, etc.

These Terms and Conditions include any accommodation agreements, or any other related contracts between the lodge and guest including daytime guests using rooms or common areas for meetings, events, etc.

Any matters not stipulated in the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by law, generally established customs, and basic common sense.
Any usage guidelines and precautions established by the hotel and presented in guestrooms or common areas, also constitutes a part of these Terms and Conditions.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, any special agreements provided by the hotel within the scope permitted by law, customs, and common sense shall take precedence.
Lodging Policies
  • Arrival & Departure
    Check-in: > 4:00 pm
    Self-check-in: > 6:00pm
    (Late check-ins can be accommodated with advance notice)
    Check-out: < 11:00am
    Office Hours: = 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Payment & Cancellation
    All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking. Because of our remote location and the seasonal nature of our business, we have a strict, no-exceptions, 1-week / 7-day cancellation policy.

    All reservations will have the credit card on file authorized for the amount of the reservation through a secure credit card processor at the time of booking.

    Cancellation of your lodge room reservation is free of charge until 7 days before the reservation arrival date. 7 days before the reservation arrival date, the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. Once charged, the reservation will be 100% non-refundable.

    All reservations made within 7 days of the reservation arrival date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking. Once charged, the reservation will be 100% non-refundable, as this will already be within the 7-day cancellation policy.
  • Housekeeping
    Due to COVID-19, we are currently operating with limited in-room housekeeping services in order to better protect both our guests and employees. Housekeeping services upon request after check-in.

    We are a 100% No Smoking Facility.

    Pets allowed upon prior approval. $25/day.

    We will try our hardest to accommodate special requests.
  • Pets & Wildlife
    Allowed on a pre-approved basis only.

    Upon acceptance, rooms will be charged $25/night per dog.

    We limit the amounts and types of dogs due to the communal nature of the Teton Teepee’s layout.

    Dogs MUST be leashed at all times while in the Teepee.

    Dogs cannot be left alone in the rooms.

    Please leave the wildlife in the wild.
Group & Event Policies
  • Group Payment
    A 50% deposit is required for all group, event & wedding reservations and is to be paid within 7 days of making the reservation. Your group reservation will not be confirmed until we have received your deposit payment.

    Full payment for the balance of the group reservation is due at time of check-in.

    For a faster check-in experience when you arrive, you can pay the remaining balance for your group, event, or wedding reservation, directly from the invoice or through our Reservation review form Reservation Details | TetonTeepee Lodge.
  • Group Cancellation
    Please understand that due to our remote location and the seasonal nature of our business, we have a strict, no exceptions, 90-day group cancellation policy.

    The cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit.

    A group, event, or wedding reservation may be cancelled 90 days before the group arrival date. 90 days before the group reservation arrival date, the deposit will become non-refundable. Group Reservations made within 90 days of the group reservation arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking and will be non-refundable as this will be within the 90-day cancellation policy. Cancellations within 90 days will result in a total forfeiture of the deposit.
