Hotel Policies

These Hotel Policies apply to all accommodation agreements and any other related contracts between Teton Teepee Lodge and our guests, including those using rooms or common areas for meetings, events, or daytime visits.

For any issues not covered by these policies, we adhere to applicable laws, widely recognized customs, and basic common sense.

Please note that any usage guidelines or precautions provided by the lodge, whether in guestrooms or common areas, are also considered part of these policies.

In cases where the lodge has made specific arrangements with guests, those agreements will take precedence, provided they align with legal standards, customary practices, and common sense.

Hotel Policies

Arrival & Departure
  • Check-in: After 4:00 PM
  • Self-check-in: After 6:00 PM (Late check-ins can be arranged with advance notice)
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

As a small, family-run lodge with limited staff, we may not always be available at the front desk when you arrive. If that’s the case, a self-check-in packet with your room information and instructions will be waiting for you at the front desk area. This way, you’ll be able to access your room conveniently, no matter what time you arrive after check-in begins.

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
  • Due to our remote location and seasonal operations, we have a strict, no-exceptions cancellation policy.
  • Your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your reservation at the time of booking through a secure payment processor.
  • Cancellation is free until 7 days before your scheduled arrival. After this point, the full amount will be charged to the card on file, and the reservation becomes non-refundable.
  • Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
  • Due to COVID-19, in-room housekeeping services are limited to protect our guests and staff. Housekeeping is available upon request after check-in.
  • The lodge is a 100% No Smoking facility.
  • Pets are allowed with prior approval for a fee of $25 per day.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate special requests.
  • Pets are allowed on a pre-approved basis only.
  • A $25/night fee per dog will apply.
  • Due to the communal nature of our lodge, we limit the number and type of pets.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times within the lodge.
  • Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms.
  • Please respect the wildlife by leaving them in the wild.

Group & Event Policies

Group Payment
  • A 50% deposit is required for all group, event, and wedding reservations within 7 days of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance is due at check-in.
  • For a faster check-in experience, the remaining balance can be paid in advance through the invoice or via the Reservation Details page.
  • We have a strict, no-exceptions, 90-day cancellation policy for group reservations due to our remote location and seasonal business.
  • The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 90 days of the arrival date.
  • Group reservations made within 90 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within 90 days result in the total forfeiture of the deposit.
