Check-In Instructions
Guests will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking with information about the reservation. A pre-arrival email will be sent to all guests eight days before the reservation arrival date and will contain helpful information about the lodge. Please don’t hesitate to call or message if you have further questions.

Check-in: > 4:00pm

Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Upon acceptance, a $25 pet fee will be added to the reservation total. We limit the amounts and types of dogs due to the communal nature of the Teton Teepee’s layout. Dogs MUST always be leashed while in the lodge. Dogs CANNOT be left alone in the rooms.
Smoking
We are a 100% non-smoking facility.
Housekeeping
Due to COVID-19, we are currently operating with limited in-room housekeeping services to better protect both our guests and employees. Housekeeping services are available upon request after check-in.
Payments & Cancellations
All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Because of our remote location and the seasonal nature of our business, we have a strict, no-exceptions, 1-week / 7-day cancellation policy.
All reservations will have the credit card on file authorized for the amount of the reservation through a secure credit card processor at the time of booking.
Cancellation of your lodge room reservation is free of charge until 7 days before the reservation arrival date. 7 days before the reservation arrival date, the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. Once charged, the reservation will be 100% non-refundable.
All reservations made within 7 days of the reservation arrival date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking. Once charged, the reservation will be 100% non-refundable, as this will already be within the 7-day cancellation policy.

🍹 BYOB – Bring Your Own Beverages
Please note that the Teton Teepee Lodge does not have a liquor license, and therefore cannot sell or serve alcohol.
However, guests are welcome to bring their own beer, wine, or spirits to enjoy at the lodge. We provide a cozy, communal bar area stocked with mixers, ice, glassware, and bar tools for your convenience—everything you need except the alcohol.
We invite you to relax, unwind, and make the most of your time with us—just don’t forget to pack your favorite drinks!

🌬️ No Air Conditioning – And You Probably Won’t Miss It
Please be aware that guest rooms at the Teton Teepee Lodge do not have air conditioning.
Fortunately, due to the high mountain altitude and mild summer climate of Alta, Wyoming and the surrounding Teton Valley, temperatures are typically cool and comfortable—especially in the evenings. Most guests find that opening a window and enjoying the fresh alpine air is more than enough for a restful night’s sleep.
Our lodge was designed to take advantage of the natural environment, and we think you’ll appreciate the peaceful, breezy mountain setting just as much as we do.
